Returns & Refunds

All orders at regular price can be returned at any point within 30 days of delivery when unopened. We are unable to accept opened packages for return unless there is a fault in the product at the time of delivery.

 

For faulty or damaged products, we will issue a replacement upon return but refunds may not be granted unless under special circumstances as determined by employees of Royalty Pens.

 

If you received a faulty product or have an order that you would like to return that falls under this policy, please contact us at hello@royaltypens.com. You as the customer are responsible for any shipping fees, and a full refund of the purchase amount will be granted where applicable upon return delivery of any packages.

The lead time from order to delivery will fluctuate based on the country you are found in. We strive to complete all orders within 14 business days, from order to delivery.

Yes! We ship everywhere, the prices from country to country may vary but will be clearly displayed before placing your order.

We cover all manufacturing defects with free replacements but are not responsible for products that are damaged after customer use.
